Elizabeth Trapp has 14 years of real estate investment experience. Alongside her husband Josh, they have invested in both commercial and residential properties. They have participated in multiple multifamily property syndications, with their investment portfolio totaling over 800 units.
Prior to moving into real estate investment, Elizabeth’s career was focused in the healthcare field. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Louisiana State University and a Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin. She is now the principal operating partner in Point Washington Capital.
Service to their community has always been a big part of Elizabeth and Josh’s life. Most recently, Elizabeth has served on the Board of Directors for a local school and is a church leader for the children’s ministry. She is active in fundraising for multiple educational organizations locally, and recently served as the Treasurer for the booster organization at their children’s elementary school. Josh currently serves as a mentor in Florida’s Take Stock in Children Program. He also sits on the Board of Directors for a local free medical clinic.
Elizabeth and Josh have 3 children who keep them very active. They look forward to sharing the benefits of real estate investing with their children in the years to come.
